 Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe

Delivery Window: Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 0-30 days from the date the order is placed.
Factors Influencing Delivery: Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other factors outside our control. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will proactively contact you via email or phone to provide updates and potential resolutions.

Shipping Rates

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Delivery to U.S. Territories: WattWave ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that delivery to P.O. boxes may take longer due to logistical constraints.
Special Handling: Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are treated as domestic shipments, but transit times may vary depending on the final destination and military protocols.

International Shipping Policy

Global Reach: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Additional Costs: Please note that additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply for international shipments. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer.
Warehouse Locations: We also ship goods from our warehouses in Hong Kong, China, and other Asian countries to better serve our international customers and reduce shipping times.

Damaged Items

Liability: WattWave is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Filing a Claim: To file a claim, you should save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence. Contact the shipment carrier with your tracking number and details of the damage to initiate the claims process.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Immediate Action: If you believe your shipment is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact us immediately at support@wattwavestore.com. Include your order number and details about the missing or incorrect item(s).
